Our story begins at the beginning of 2014, on the shores of the beautiful Lake Lugano in Switzerland, with the ambition to innovate, at a time when e-commerce is booming, by offering new sexy, trendy and quality collections in the wonderful field of intimate apparel.
The success of our products has made us the market leader in this sector in less than a year and we have reached the symbolic bar of 200,000 customers by the end of 2015.
Seeing our customer base grow day by day, and anxious to offer them a more varied choice each time, we have acquired new partnerships with renowned brands, and introduced a first LoveToys product range in 2016.
In 2017, we reached 500,000 loyal customers, and to celebrate the occasion, we signed many new partnerships with prestigious brands in the field of sexy women's lingerie and intimate toys. Increasing our catalogue to nearly 5'000 references, constantly in stock.
During the year 2018, the founder of lintimo leaves the adventure to dedicate himself to a new project, and devote more time to his family which has just grown. The queens are then taken over by his right-hand man, who quickly rethinks lintimo's commercial strategy and opens the ambitious project of completely redesigning the Swiss lintimo site, as well as adopting a new commercial approach.
In 2019, with the Coronavirus barely pointing its nose at the Asian continent, lintimo Switzerland approached a company that had been active in e-commerce for more than 20 years in Europe and around the world, to explore a new marketing strategy. And the unexpected happens, Europe is completely confined, negotiations continue via online conferences. And soon a partnership is established for the development and implementation of lintimo.ch.
Thus at the beginning of 2020, 6 years after its launch in Switzerland, our e-commerce platform is born, offering more than 20'000 references in the eroticism and pleasure sector on the Swiss and European market.
